Supports healthcare center leadership through organizational, program, facilities, and corporate planning. Manages time-limited projects, facilitates committees, analyzes internal and community data, prepares presentations, develops grant proposals, administers grants and contracts, coordinates funder communications, and ensures reporting and compliance. Collaborates with accounting, human resources, program managers, leadership, and external stakeholders to advance organizational goals and community health services.

Manages clinic operations, staffing, scheduling, budgets, policies, patient experience, and service improvement. Supervises frontline staff and medical assistants, oversees hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and complaint resolution. Coordinates resources and communicates with providers, support departments, and leadership while supporting culturally responsive care in diverse, low-income communities.

Provides front-desk and administrative support in a community health clinic. Responsibilities include greeting and registering patients, verifying eligibility, collecting payments, scheduling appointments, handling calls and complaints, maintaining medical records, routing documents, assisting with forms, managing supplies, and supporting care-team operations while protecting patient confidentiality.
