Teams at Laborie

Field-based, quota-bearing Territory Manager responsible for growing Laborie's maternal and child health medical device portfolio. Executes territory plans, acquires accounts, expands utilization, provides clinical product education, develops hospital relationships, supports procurement and reimbursement processes, and drives forecasting and CRM discipline. Requires extensive collaboration with Labor & Delivery, OB/GYN, NICU, nursing, physician, and hospital stakeholders, plus travel up to 80%.

Field-based Territory Manager responsible for achieving sales quotas, acquiring and expanding hospital accounts, and increasing adoption of maternal and child health medical device solutions. Leads clinical product education and training across labor and delivery, OB/GYN, and NICU settings; develops clinician relationships and champions; navigates procurement, value analysis, reimbursement, IDN, and GPO processes; and uses CRM, forecasting, and data analysis to execute territory strategy.

Leads the technology strategy and Salesforce ecosystem supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Lifecycle teams. Owns platform architecture, roadmap, integrations, data governance, digital transformation, delivery governance, vendor relationships, budgets, and adoption. Partners with executive and commercial leaders to improve revenue execution, customer engagement, analytics, and operational efficiency. Builds and mentors teams of administrators, developers, architects, and business analysts.
