Lead partner selection, RFQ/RFP events, commercial negotiations, BOM and should-cost analysis, capacity reservations, contracts, and cost-down initiatives. Manage partner performance, NPI commercial workstreams, qualification, mass-production ramps, supply continuity, and risk mitigation. Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Legal, Planning, and Operations across global manufacturing networks.

Design, build, and operate Lambda's software-defined networking platform: implement SDN control-plane services, automation, monitoring, and high-availability features across multi-data-center and hybrid cloud environments. Contribute to tooling, observability, incident response, and on-call rotations.

Serve as HR Business Partner to engineering teams, embedding company values, advising leaders on performance, hiring, org design, employee relations, DEI, and metrics; drive talent strategy and resolve complex people issues.

Build and maintain software for GPU/CPU compute infrastructure, implement bare-metal and VM provisioning, develop distributed orchestration, troubleshoot production systems, own incidents and on-call duties, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve developer and customer compute experiences.

Own major enterprise technology programs from planning through go-live and hypercare across ERP, procurement, EPM, HRIS, treasury, identity, and data platforms. Establish portfolio intake, prioritization, governance, delivery cadence, change management, and roadmap operations.
