Designs solutions using NetSuite, Coupa, Stripe, Chargebee, and middleware tools; ensures SOX compliance and IT controls; improves reporting and dashboards; troubleshoots complex issues; mentors team members; and develops AI-powered workflows, copilots, and agentic automation solutions.
