Lead Lambda’s global tax strategy, compliance, ASC 740 provision, tax controversy, international expansion, transaction structuring, and tax systems. Advise executive leadership on tax risks and opportunities, oversee outsourced compliance and external advisers, establish scalable controls, and integrate tax into financing, infrastructure, data center, procurement, and legal entity decisions. Build and develop a lean tax team while personally managing complex, high-risk matters in a rapidly growing, internationally expanding technology company.

Designs physical and optical connectivity for data centers, backbone routes, points of presence, and customer interconnects. Translates capacity, latency, resilience, and customer requirements into infrastructure designs, evaluates carrier and supplier options, validates route diversity, and develops design packages for engineering approval. Partners with carriers, equipment vendors, supply chain, site selection, and delivery teams to resolve constraints, manage risks, and bring network infrastructure into service.

Supports network service delivery by submitting cross-connect and disconnection orders, tracking carrier and facility requests, coordinating data center access, assisting with circuit turn-up and testing, and maintaining accurate network records. The role also organizes documentation, coordinates handoffs to operations and supply chain, and contributes scripting or workflow improvements. It is designed for an early-career candidate developing expertise in fiber, optics, carrier provisioning, and physical network infrastructure.
