Manage core HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, HR support, payroll backup, compliance, leave administration, accommodations, grievances, and HRIS data integrity. The role partners with HR, IT, and business stakeholders, supports employee experience and company culture, maintains required labor postings, and improves HR processes and documentation.

Own mechanical design standards and cooling architectures for large-scale AI data centers. Design central plants, hydronic distribution, air-cooling, and liquid-cooling systems; perform thermal and hydraulic calculations; select and size equipment; review designs and vendor submittals; coordinate with engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams; support procurement, testing, commissioning, and failure investigations. The role requires frequent cross-functional collaboration and travel to project sites, manufacturers, and partner facilities as needed.

Architects scalable compute platforms for AI/ML, simulation, and high-throughput workloads. Defines infrastructure standards, reference designs, roadmaps, and technical requirements across hardware and software. Evaluates CPU, GPU, and accelerator technologies while balancing performance, density, power, cooling, and cost. Leads platform validation and performance characterization, collaborates across product and engineering teams, and mentors systems engineers. Requires expertise in large-scale GPU/HPC or cloud platforms, interconnects, performance tuning, scheduling, orchestration, and compute lifecycle management.
