Lead legal structuring, drafting, and negotiation of complex data center real estate, development, power, construction, and finance transactions. Manage PPAs, utility interconnections, construction and design-build contracts, project finance and tax incentive support, oversee outside counsel, and collaborate with engineering, procurement, and finance to execute large-scale infrastructure deals.

Manage and improve hardware quality across data center deployments: track and analyze failures, perform RCA, drive CAPA and containment, oversee RMAs and MRB, verify spares, update QMS, define quality KPIs, and collaborate with operations, engineering, supply chain, and vendors.

Build and maintain GPU/CPU compute infrastructure for bare-metal and VM provisioning. Implement distributed systems to orchestrate compute resources, troubleshoot production issues, own on-call incidents, and collaborate across teams to improve developer and customer compute experiences.
