The Feed Sales Representative focuses on growing the livestock product portfolio by conducting farm visits, supporting sales, managing relationships, and developing expertise in animal nutrition.

Partner with top retail sellers to coach and grow farm-gate sales of seed, STAMPS, services and digital tools. Execute account and Farmer-by-Farmer plans, track adoption, record CRM activity, coordinate with manufacturers, support plots and post-harvest meetings, and travel up to 50% to make field visits.

Provide exceptional customer service for order entry, pricing, availability, and quality issues. Execute order management SOPs, ensure accurate order lifecycle completion, escalate and resolve issues, liaise with sales/supply chain/manufacturing, maintain accounts in Salesforce, ensure SOX compliance, identify process trends and recommend improvements.
