Own LangChain’s AWS alliance, including co-sell pipeline, Marketplace listings and private offers, partner funding, joint business planning, executive relationships, and field enablement. Drive AWS-sourced and influenced revenue, improve ACE and marketplace operations, coordinate AWS partner teams, and support joint marketing and customer programs. The role requires deep AWS Marketplace and hyperscaler alliance expertise, strong operational discipline, and the ability to scale partner motions in a high-growth environment.

Build LangChain’s intern and new graduate recruiting program from scratch, beginning with engineering roles. Establish university, student-group, career-center, and hackathon partnerships; own full-cycle early-career recruiting; forecast hiring needs; create recruiting processes, tools, and metrics; and support talent branding and marketing. The role requires independent execution across multiple hiring cycles and may expand to technical recruiting for other teams.

Coordinate high-volume interviews across time zones, manage candidate communication, host onsite visits, maintain interview plans and recruiting documentation, and support recruiting projects and initiatives. The role partners with recruiters and hiring managers to improve processes, tools, reporting, candidate experience, sourcing events, referral programs, and onboarding preparation.
