Oversee hotel engineering and facilities operations, including life-safety systems, preventive maintenance, building systems monitoring, boiler operations, work scheduling, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, utility tracking, safety compliance, and staff training. Provide emergency on-call support, inspect property systems, manage maintenance work orders, review invoices, and assist with recruitment and department leadership.

Assist and lead Front Office operations, supervise and develop front desk, bell, and concierge teams, enforce Forbes and brand standards, manage reservations and VIP assignments, coordinate with Rooms Division to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction, handle shift schedules, payroll, and reporting, and cover Guest Relations and variable shifts including nights and weekends.

Lead global MICE and group sales for Langham Hospitality Group across the West Coast and assigned regional accounts. Develop sales strategies, manage account portfolios, exceed revenue targets, build commercial partnerships, and support hotel properties. Conduct sales missions, trade shows, familiarization trips, and client engagement activities. Maintain accurate Salesforce, Delphi, Cvent, pipeline, database, and financial reporting. Analyze market trends, collaborate with hotels and GSO stakeholders, and serve as a brand ambassador.
