Lead enterprise automation architecture and delivery across RPA, workflow automation, process mining, intelligent automation, testing, bots, citizen development, and AI orchestration. Establish and operate an Automation Center of Excellence, identify high-value use cases, guide implementation, manage governance and regulatory alignment, support training and adoption, and track financial value. Work hands-on with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and external consultants in a regulated life sciences environment.

Leads enterprise strategy, architecture, delivery, governance, and operations across data, analytics, information management, automation, AI, and GenAI. Drives transformation toward governed data foundations, reusable data products, data marketplaces, self-service analytics, and responsible AI. Oversees platforms, pipelines, dashboards, automation initiatives, budgets, vendors, and senior technical teams while partnering with business, Legal, Compliance, Quality, and Security. Builds training, adoption, stewardship, and change-management programs across a global life sciences organization.

Lead clinical study design, protocol development, and interpretation through IND to registration. Serve as clinical lead across cross-functional teams, author key study and regulatory documents, oversee study execution and safety reporting, engage investigators and KOLs, support publications and advisory meetings, and drive clinical strategy for radiopharmaceutical and oncology programs.
