Work as an Associate on Technology M&A teams: build and maintain complex financial models, support execution of M&A and capital-raising transactions (due diligence, documentation, client coordination), conduct industry and company research, and mentor/train junior analysts while managing multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Manage procurement and lifecycle of global market data subscriptions and vendor relationships. Negotiate contracts, identify savings, assess emerging data/AI products for licensing, remediate licensing and compliance risks, and support budgeting and stakeholder coordination to ensure operational continuity.
