The Senior Product Manager will lead the development of a Banking as a Service platform, focusing on innovative fintech products and providing regulatory and technical expertise in a cross-functional team environment.

Lead a fintech risk program for BaaS and payments partners by executing quantitative and qualitative risk assessments, managing TPRM and 4th-party due diligence, tracking KRIs, delivering risk reports, providing credible challenge, and driving multiple risk initiatives while collaborating with internal stakeholders and senior leadership.

Own docs.lead.bank and partner-facing change communications as a senior IC. Create and improve API references, guides, tutorials, changelogs, and onboarding; define documentation standards and workflows; collaborate with Product and Engineering; measure and iterate on documentation effectiveness; leverage AI and docs-as-code to scale content and build the processes and eventual team for developer experience.
