Coordinates fintech partner relationships throughout onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding. Manages meetings, deliverables, action items, timelines, reporting, documentation, content governance, and change management. Serves as a liaison between external partners and internal teams, tracks milestones and dependencies, troubleshoots workspace tools, gathers requirements, and provides project updates. Requires strong organization, communication, adaptability, and project management skills in a fast-paced financial technology environment.

Leads AI adoption, risk reporting, dashboards, data governance, capacity planning, OKR tracking, KPI reporting, and strategic roadmap execution. Coordinates risk, compliance, data, and senior leadership stakeholders; prepares governance materials for committees; supports regulatory examinations and audits; and prioritizes cross-functional initiatives based on dependencies, resources, and regulatory priorities.

Lead product strategy and roadmap development for a Banking as a Service platform supporting deposits, lending, credit, and card products. Define requirements, metrics, and trade-offs; collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, operations, and customers; and guide products from concept through launch. The role also manages and mentors product managers, supports hiring and resource allocation, and requires strong technical, analytical, communication, and fintech product expertise.
