Lead daily operations of an early childhood education center: manage staff scheduling and performance, implement curriculum, ensure state licensing compliance and child safety, recruit and retain staff, communicate with parents, and drive center profitability.

Lead complex compensation analyses, administer and improve pay programs, manage survey participation, model pay structures for budgeting and pay equity, support annual pay cycle, partner with HR stakeholders, drive compliance, mentor junior staff, and contribute to compensation-related system enhancements.

Designs and maintains Oracle HCM reporting, HR and talent scorecards, dashboards, extracts, and ad hoc people analytics. Owns reporting definitions, catalogs, refresh schedules, data validation, and governance while partnering with HR leaders, HR Systems, and Power BI teams. Translates ambiguous business needs into accurate reporting solutions and delivers insights on headcount, turnover, compensation, and workforce operations. This individual contributor role requires strong HR data stewardship, stakeholder consulting, and technical reporting expertise.
