Authors and maintains interactive web-based engineering education content, including lessons, activities, labs, questions, animations, and tools. Oversees external authoring projects, reviews content quality, collaborates with project managers and engineering colleagues, and contributes to roadmaps. Supports marketing and sales demos, responds to instructor feedback, and may publish research, articles, webinars, and blog posts.

Leads Wiley Research’s commercial analytics strategy, including KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, competitive intelligence, performance measurement, data governance, and scenario modeling. Advises executive and board-level leaders, aligns Finance and commercial reporting, consolidates fragmented data practices, and builds a trusted analytics capability across global teams. The role also develops analytical talent, drives self-service reporting, and translates complex findings into strategic decisions concerning growth, retention, investment, and market performance.

Lead product discovery and delivery for an AI platform serving life-sciences R&D. Partner with design, engineering, and data science to define requirements, prioritize features, and measure outcomes. Engage researchers and R&D users to ground decisions in workflows, and help scale enterprise AI/data products from concept through launch.
