Own the post-sale engagement motion for a large portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams. Design and execute scaled onboarding, adoption, enablement, training, renewal, and expansion programs using automation, customer data, and digital channels. Monitor portfolio health, forecast commercial outcomes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate customer feedback into product and marketing improvements.

Own customer-facing security, privacy, compliance, and AI-governance requests, including questionnaires, RFP responses, audit evidence, trust-portal content, security terms, and customer reviews. Translate technical controls and AI practices for CISOs, legal teams, and procurement stakeholders. Maintain response libraries, improve workflows, automate questionnaires, identify recurring risks, and collaborate with Information Security, Privacy, Legal, Product, and Go-to-Market teams.

Own Legora’s global webinar and digital events program, including strategy, recurring format design, production, speaker preparation, promotion, content repurposing, systems, and measurement. Manage live event operations from briefing through broadcast, coordinate cross-functional marketing and sales teams, grow audience and pipeline impact, and use AI to improve research, editing, reporting, and content workflows.

Own the US customer storytelling program, producing customer videos, case studies, testimonials, and event content. Manage the full video production lifecycle, customer advocacy and reference programs, written proof points, sales enablement, distribution, and performance measurement. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Brand, Communications, and legal stakeholders while working directly with enterprise and regulated clients. Use AI-enabled workflows to increase content output and repurpose materials without compromising editorial quality.

Lead execution of regional field marketing and events across North America, including sponsorships, owned experiences, and integrated campaigns. Manage end-to-end event logistics, vendor and budget management, attendee communications, lead capture, and post-event follow-up. Align programs with sales to drive pipeline, measure ROI, activate customers as advocates, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Design packaging architecture, define monetization for new products, run willingness-to-pay and buyer research, conduct competitive pricing analysis, and enable sales with pricing guidance and deal tools. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, RevOps, and Product to implement pricing changes and support strategic deals.

As Lead Legal Engineer, lead complex client engagements, manage a team, deliver implementations, build relationships with clients, and shape onboarding frameworks.

Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market clients, build relationships, deliver product demos, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.

Partner with tax and legal advisory teams to drive adoption of Legora's AI-native platform: run pilots, onboard users, deliver demos and training, gather user insights to inform product, document best practices, and scale solutions across service lines and jurisdictions.

Own complex enterprise accounts end-to-end, driving rollout, adoption, expansion, and renewals. Design value strategies and success plans, use data and health signals to prevent churn, lead consultative upsell conversations, automate workflows with AI, build repeatable engagement frameworks, and coach Engagement Managers and Associates to scale customer outcomes.
