As a Commercial Counsel, you will draft and negotiate commercial contracts, advise on risk, and support commercial teams, focusing on scalability and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves building client relationships, overseeing product adoption in legal teams, delivering demos, and shaping product development based on user insights.

Manage end-to-end customer trust requests including security questionnaires, AI-trust sections, and audit evidence. Maintain the trust portal and evidence repository, coordinate with InfoSec, Privacy, and Legal, review security contractual terms, build reusable responses and automation, support customer audits, and help scale trust processes globally.
