Lead end-to-end UX/UI for hardware-software products: conduct user research, create wireframes/prototypes, design responsive interfaces and device-management workflows, build design system components, ensure WCAG accessibility, collaborate with engineering/product, and mentor designers to deliver production-ready design assets.

Support FP&A and cost accounting functions including monthly close, data uploads to planning/reporting systems, ERP data extraction and analysis, dashboards/KPIs, journal entries and reconciliations, inventory and variance analysis, audit support, and process/SOP improvements.

Prepare accurate quotations by reviewing specifications, drawings, BOMs and RFQs; perform take-offs; collaborate with engineering and sales to generate BOMs and crossovers; manage pricing, ERP/CRM databases, and order processing; answer customer questions on products, pricing, controls and code requirements; provide project collateral and post-shipment support while meeting deadlines.
