Design, build, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript (React or Angular, Node.js). Create RESTful APIs, implement responsive and accessible UIs, work with relational/NoSQL databases, contribute to CI/CD and GitHub workflows, and mentor junior engineers in an Agile environment.

Design and implement migration of SDLC, release, security, and operational processes to the ServiceNow platform. Architect hybrid cloud/on-prem integrations, develop and roll out solutions (including ServiceNow SPM and APIs), produce documentation, train staff, and evaluate vendor offerings to enhance platform capabilities supporting federal/public sector clients.

The Senior Business Analyst will coordinate with federal partners for onboarding, engage in requirements gathering, and prepare executive briefings while managing operational readiness activities and stakeholder communication.
