Own full-cycle recruiting for sales roles across multiple regions, partnering with hiring leaders on sourcing, assessment, interviews, compensation communication, offers, and closing. Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS data, provide hiring insights and reports, resolve bottlenecks, and improve recruiting workflows. The role also supports headcount planning and broader corporate talent acquisition initiatives in a remote, fast-paced environment.
