Leads complex, cross-functional Marketing and Technology programs from strategy through launch. Responsibilities include portfolio planning, requirements and priority alignment, project planning, dependency and risk management, dashboards, stakeholder coordination, executive reporting, vendor partnership, change management, and delivery oversight. The role requires technical program management experience, strong communication and analytical judgment, and hands-on use of AI tools to improve planning, reporting, risk identification, and problem-solving.

Own escalated sanctions alerts, blocked property and rejected transaction reporting, KYC reviews, and sanctions and KYC system improvements. The role interprets BSA/AML and OFAC requirements, supports audits and regulatory examinations, maintains compliance dashboards, identifies control weaknesses, and drives corrective actions. It also provides business guidance, improves workflows, performs complex due diligence reviews, and uses AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency and quality.

Lead compliance analytics for BSA/AML and CRA: tune transaction monitoring and watchlist screening, build and streamline compliance reporting, support UAT, audits and regulatory exams, collaborate with Model Risk, Data Engineering and Technology, and prepare executive reporting.
