Leads Happen Bank’s Platform Engineering organization and owns AI infrastructure, DevOps, software delivery, enterprise testing, database administration, incident management, and observability. Sets multi-year platform strategy, builds shared services and guardrails, advances AI and testing capabilities, improves reliability and operational excellence, and develops a high-performing leadership organization. Partners with Technology and Product Engineering to align platform investments with company strategy.

Own customer acquisition strategy and execution across paid search, paid social, and display campaigns. Analyze channel performance and customer data, optimize investment, lead creative and landing-page experimentation, and provide recommendations to senior leadership. Partner with Analytics, Product, Legal, Operations, Finance, agencies, and external partners to launch initiatives. Use AI tools to accelerate campaign development and optimization while maintaining accuracy, privacy, brand, and compliance standards.

Build and maintain decisioning infrastructure for risk and business decisions. Translate policies into technical requirements, code business rules and machine learning models, develop APIs and integrations, test and deploy changes, troubleshoot decision systems, analyze outcomes, create dashboards, support audits, and ensure regulatory compliance. Collaborate with Risk, Operations, Engineering, Control teams, and offshore contractors to deliver accurate, scalable solutions.
