Leads the full Human Resources function, including recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, policy development, performance management, training, and employee records. Advises managers on HR practices, investigates personnel issues, supervises HR staff, oversees recruiting and staffing, and coordinates companywide events. Partners with the corporate HR team in Korea and ensures compliance with employment laws, company policies, benefit plans, and safety programs.
