Provides high-level executive support to the CEO, including complex calendar management, scheduling, meeting preparation, stakeholder coordination, action-item tracking, and travel arrangements. Also supports office operations, events, vendors, onboarding, employee engagement, internal communications, expense reporting, invoice processing, budget tracking, and administrative records. The role is fully in-office in Santa Clara, California, and requires strong organization, discretion, communication, and follow-through.

Research, prototype, and implement methods to improve efficiency and deployability of LLMs, VLMs, multimodal models and agents. Focus on compression, quantization, inference and reasoning optimizations, novel architectures (MoE, SSMs, Looped Transformers), gradient-free methods, and inference-time optimizations. Build evaluation pipelines, run benchmarks, and contribute to publications, open-source, and IP.

Design, implement, and optimize embodied AI model architectures and deploy them at scale. Build training/evaluation infrastructure and large-scale data pipelines combining simulation, teleoperation, generative and real-world data. Work hands-on with robot hardware (manipulators, mobile robots, RGB-D and tactile/FT sensors) to debug failures and close the sim-to-real loop. Collaborate with global research and hardware teams to integrate systems into consumer products.
