Requires extensive hospitality B2B sales experience, strong channel and solution-selling capabilities, and travel up to 60%.

Leads North American sales, engineering support, aftermarket operations, and business development for data center chiller solutions. Drives revenue, profitability, market expansion, strategic account growth, customer relationships, major negotiations, project execution, product roadmap input, and aftermarket programs. Develops relationships with hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and AI data center customers while building and coaching a high-performing cross-functional team.
