Own Liberate’s end-to-end revenue operations, including territory design, capacity planning, quota setting, forecasting, pipeline management, compensation administration, CRM hygiene, GTM systems, executive reporting, and operating cadence. Build scalable data infrastructure, metrics, automations, and AI-first workflows across Sales, Marketing, CX, and Finance. Partner with leadership to create predictable revenue processes and support expansion into new geographies, segments, and product lines.

Lead post-sales technical engagements to design, demo, configure, integrate, and support AI-driven solutions. Work with sales, product, and engineering to assess customer systems, deliver prototypes and customized configurations, troubleshoot integrations, document best practices, and relay feedback to shape product direction.

Own enterprise customer relationships from pre-sale through post-go-live to ensure measurable value delivery. Define outcomes, lead discovery, drive adoption and change management, align stakeholders, feed product improvements, and expand account usage.
