Underwrite Middle Market technology accounts within authority using financial, operational, exposure, industry, and claims data. Assess technology-sector exposures (software, cloud, data centers, telecom, IP, professional services), manage broker/client relationships, underwrite new business and renewals, monitor portfolio performance and emerging risks, contribute to product/process improvements, and mentor junior underwriters.

Lead and develop an underwriting team focused on sharing-economy and new mobility risks. Oversee risk selection, pricing, portfolio performance, broker relationships, and quality assurance. Mentor underwriters, manage complex accounts, and collaborate with actuarial, product, claims, and regulatory partners to drive profitable growth and compliance.
