Oversee developer productivity, CI/CD, internal tooling, observability, disaster recovery, and AI-native infrastructure. Build and mentor a world-class organization, partner with engineering, data science, security, and product leaders, and guide infrastructure investments supporting massive consumer scale and AI-powered products.

Build and maintain Life360’s iOS advertising SDK, mediation and header-bidding integrations, ad formats, privacy and consent flows, instrumentation, and experimentation systems. Improve ad quality, performance, and reliability at large scale while collaborating with ad operations, data, product, and external partners. Use AI-native workflows with agentic coding tools, contribute to architecture and incident response, and mentor teammates.

Senior Decision Scientist partners with product, engineering, marketing, and finance teams to guide roadmaps, resource allocation, and business strategy. The role uses experimentation, causal inference, statistical analysis, metric strategy, and user behavior research to produce actionable recommendations. Responsibilities include establishing causality, improving instrumentation, communicating insights to leadership, and using AI tooling to scale analytical workflows. The position requires consumer technology analytics experience, strong SQL and Python or R skills, and expertise in experimentation and causal inference.
