Lead pharmacy operations for a new 52-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Develop policies, ensure regulatory compliance (JC, HCFA, CARF, state), implement pharmacy automation, manage hiring, staffing, schedules, training, inventory, purchasing, and performance improvement programs while coaching and evaluating pharmacy personnel.

Lead and manage all nursing and assigned clinical operations for a new 52-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Develop nursing goals, policies, staffing plans, budgets, quality and compliance programs, staff development, and interdisciplinary documentation. Serve as nursing executive advisor to the CEO, ensure regulatory and HIPAA compliance, and drive patient safety, quality indicators, and operational performance.

Manage clinical rehabilitation services including patient assessments, treatment observation and recommendations, pain management coordination, staff scheduling, productivity oversight, family education, compliance with documentation and departmental inspections, and other assigned duties to ensure effective rehabilitative care.
