Lead HR operations for a new 52-bed rehabilitation hospital: recruit and screen candidates, ensure OFCCP and legal compliance, develop compensation and retention strategies, oversee onboarding, training, evaluations, and employee records, and collaborate with executive leadership on HR policy and engagement.
