Develop policies, ensure regulatory compliance (JC, HCFA, CARF, state), implement pharmacy automation, manage hiring, staffing, schedules, training, inventory, purchasing, and performance improvement programs while coaching and evaluating pharmacy personnel.

Lead and manage all operations of an acute rehabilitation program (PT, OT, SLP, RN). Oversee budgeting, HR, program growth, quality/outcomes, productivity, policy adherence, and serve as the program representative at the hospital.
