Build workflows, business rules, UI policies, custom widgets, integrations (REST/SOAP/MID Server/Integration Hub), and ensure security, performance, and scalability. Mentor and lead developers, collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions within an Agile framework. Document architectures and technical solutions.

Design, develop, configure, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and enhancements. Advise on architecture and best practices, script business logic, support multiple instances, troubleshoot performance, collaborate with stakeholders, and support Agile project delivery for federal clients.
