Senior Data Scientist responsible for defining product metrics, designing and evaluating experiments, analyzing growth, retention, and monetization, and building trusted datasets, dbt models, and dashboards. Partners with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing to guide roadmap decisions, establish analytical standards, communicate insights to leadership, and mentor teammates.

Leads Linktree’s data science and analytics organization, setting strategy across analytics, experimentation, applied ML, and AI. Oversees technical execution, data foundations, forecasting, experimentation infrastructure, governance, monitoring, and production systems. Partners with executives, Product, Engineering, and Design; recruits and mentors leaders; drives data-informed culture and AI adoption; and contributes hands-on to complex technical initiatives and user-facing capabilities.

Design and ship product security improvements covering authentication, authorization, session and token handling, secrets management, third-party access, abuse detection, fraud prevention, and account takeover defense. Threat-model systems, remediate vulnerabilities, build secure developer tooling, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Trust & Safety. Mentor engineers and use AI-assisted development while balancing security controls with user experience.
