Lead activation strategy across the early user journey to accelerate setup, first publish/share, early engagement, retention, and monetization. Define activation milestones, run high-velocity experiments, partner with Data/Engineering/Design to instrument funnels, and translate behavioral and qualitative insights into prioritized product bets. Communicate results and strategy to executives and raise experimentation and funnel-thinking standards across the product organization.
