Lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Success, and Operations: source candidates, coordinate interviews, close hires, partner with hiring managers, and analyze hiring funnel metrics. Drive candidate experience, execute creative sourcing, support recruiting team demand, and run ad hoc projects. Must commute to San Francisco office three times weekly.

Execute creator sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding for influencer campaigns. Align creators to client brand voice and objectives, document best practices, support pitches, and iterate strategies using data-driven discovery tools and industry trends to drive client satisfaction.

Lead consultative enterprise sales of creator/influencer marketing solutions to Fortune 1000 brands and agencies. Own full sales cycle, build pipeline, close $1M+ annual deals, hit quota, mentor team members, and shape go-to-market strategy. Leverage data and social insights to demonstrate value, manage cross-functional relationships, and travel as needed. Must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area and commute to the San Francisco office three times per week.
