Manage strategic enterprise client accounts and influencer marketing campaigns, overseeing client relationships, campaign strategy, KPIs, performance optimization, internal teams, and revenue opportunities. Build partnerships with senior stakeholders across brands, media agencies, and creative agencies while ensuring strong communication, customer satisfaction, repeat business, and successful campaign delivery.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Success, and Operations teams. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, closing hires, improving candidate experience, analyzing hiring funnel metrics, and supporting recruiting projects. The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, creative sourcing, detailed pipeline management, and autonomous work in a startup environment.

Manage end-to-end influencer marketing programs for key brand clients, coordinating schedules, deliverables, creative reviews, cross-functional teams, risks, resources, and client communications. Lead status meetings, process improvements, handoffs, postmortems, and implementation of program management tools. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time while balancing client expectations, team capacity, and business goals.
