Interprets reporting across sales, pricing, promotions, inventory, fulfillment, returns, and marketplace health to develop recommendations. Leads stakeholder communication, issue resolution, requirements definition, process improvements, and implementation measurement across eCommerce operations.

Manage and grow a portfolio of government and public-sector accounts for an online auction platform. Responsibilities include client onboarding, training, support, utilization growth, account re-engagement, listing quality review, presentations, and collaboration with sales teams. The role involves extensive field travel, onsite client support, asset cataloging, photography, conferences, and frequent interaction with government agencies.

Develop and execute territory growth strategies across Northern California and Northern Nevada. Prospect and close government-sector opportunities, manage accounts, conduct presentations and product demonstrations, re-engage inactive clients, and advise agencies on maximizing auction performance. Maintain relationships with public-sector stakeholders, track sales forecasts and CRM activity, collaborate with internal teams on retention and growth, and travel extensively for onsite meetings and training.
