Manage and grow a portfolio of government and public-sector accounts using the GovDeals online auction platform. Responsibilities include client onboarding, training, support, utilization growth, account re-engagement, listing quality review, presentations, and collaboration with sales teams. The role involves onsite asset cataloging, description gathering, photography, conferences, and extensive travel within an assigned territory while maintaining strong client relationships.

Own and prioritize product backlogs, define user stories and acceptance criteria, elicit and translate requirements, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and collaborate with product, design, development, QA, clients, and stakeholders. The role also supports roadmap execution, defect prioritization, usability testing, release documentation, customer training materials, validation testing, and daily Jira management while serving as a product subject matter expert.

Provides advanced client and internal stakeholder support for online marketplaces through phone, email, and chat. Investigates complex account, operational, and system issues, identifies root causes, coordinates cross-functional resolutions, documents interactions, processes account adjustments, and supports training, reporting, quality assurance, testing, process improvements, and standard operating procedures. The role operates independently in a remote environment and has no supervisory responsibilities.
