Partner with product, sales, founders, and GTM leadership while acting as a trusted sales advisor and producing high-quality marketing content.

Own the post-sale customer journey for key accounts, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Serve as the primary customer contact, provide proactive guidance, identify renewal and growth opportunities with sales, gather feedback for product and engineering, and develop scalable customer success playbooks.
