Lead and manage the dealership's used vehicle operations: source and procure inventory (beyond auctions), desk and close deals, build and coach a high-performing team, collaborate with sales and customers, and drive department profitability and unit throughput.

Consult with customers to guide Airstream RV purchases: present models, features, financing and trade-in appraisals, advise on towing, follow up with prospects, track customers in store management systems, prepare reports, and attend product training.
