Establishes data governance and operational metrics while coaching product managers and communicating technical investments to executives.

Lead strategy and execution for the digital storefront to optimize path-to-purchase and lifetime value. Coordinate cross-functional squads, run advanced A/B experimentation, define metrics and event tracking, prioritize roadmap based on user insights, and collaborate with engineering on technical tradeoffs to drive conversion and revenue.

Leads the strategy, roadmap, and execution of search, ranking, matching, and recommendation products for a two-sided marketplace. Oversees algorithmic performance, resource allocation, experimentation, metrics, executive communication, and cross-functional alignment across consumer and enterprise experiences.
