Own LiveKit Startups end to end, including program strategy, founder acquisition, accelerator and VC partnerships, partner negotiations, application review, provisioning, reporting, and monthly operations. Measure program health and improve startup outcomes while representing founder feedback internally across product, documentation, and pricing teams. The role requires startup ecosystem experience, commercial relationship management, technical credibility with developers, and strong operational rigor.

Lead LiveKit’s Product-Led Growth squad across acquisition, onboarding, activation, adoption, expansion, and retention. Own the developer growth journey, identify high-potential accounts, drive platform depth, represent self-serve developers, and establish operating metrics for platform health. Collaborate across product, engineering, design, marketing, analytics, support, and sales while influencing highly autonomous teams through judgment, clarity, and trust.

As a Senior Product Engineer, you'll build user-facing products on the LiveKit platform in TypeScript and Go while engaging with developers and contributing to strategic decisions.
