Lead the design and evolution of LiveRamp’s petabyte-scale activation backend. Build and optimize distributed batch and streaming data pipelines using Spark, cloud infrastructure, warehouses, workflow engines, and messaging systems. Drive multi-tenant scheduling, reliability, observability, performance, cost efficiency, and production excellence. Define technical strategy, mentor engineers, collaborate across teams, and adopt AI-enhanced development and operations tooling.

Provides technical support to clients by managing ticket queues, troubleshooting complex system issues, querying databases and logs, and delivering sustainable solutions. Collaborates with global customer support teams and internal stakeholders, communicates with customers through video conferences, improves support processes, and follows projects through completion. The role requires adaptability, resourcefulness, strong communication, and occasional on-call or weekend availability.

Partners with leadership to manage expense forecasting, annual planning, long-range projections, and financial reporting. Develops performance metrics, identifies cost-saving opportunities, provides data-driven recommendations, supports strategic analyses, and leads process improvements that enhance forecasting accuracy, scalability, and operational efficiency.
