Senior technical security engineer responsible for cloud infrastructure security, detection engineering, incident response, application and product security, vulnerability management, penetration test ownership, and security automation. Partners with platform, logistics, and IT teams, manages an application security contractor, and builds tooling to raise the security posture across AWS, IaC, edge, and container environments.

Own full sales cycle for SMB/Mid-Market accounts, build pipeline via outbound prospecting, engage executive stakeholders, lead technical discovery with Solutions Engineers, respond to RFPs/RFIs, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive revenue while shaping product solutions.

Manage a high-volume SMB/MM post-sales portfolio to retain and grow customers through renewals, upsell/cross-sell, programmatic adoption campaigns, forecasting, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product adoption and minimize churn.

Drive new business in Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts for a direct-mail SaaS platform. Own full sales cycle, build pipeline with outbound outreach, engage executive stakeholders, lead RFP/RFI responses, collaborate with Solutions/Product/Marketing, deliver technical discovery and demos with Solutions Engineers, negotiate enterprise contracts, and run territory strategy within a POD structure to drive adoption, expansion, and renewal.

Serve as the technical counterpart to Account Management to onboard, implement, and support customers on Lob's SaaS direct-mail platform. Lead technical implementations, document requirements, manage timelines, and ensure adoption and retention while partnering with account teams and customers.

The Senior Analytics Engineer will develop data pipelines, build models, and create dashboards to provide actionable insights for various teams. The role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders to meet analytical needs and ensure data governance.
