Leads and contributes to a distributed business systems development team of approximately eight developers. Responsibilities include Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft, Databricks, ETL, and database development; technical standards; roadmap ownership; people management; mentoring; hiring; stakeholder partnership; database administration; security; performance tuning; and automation. The role requires hands-on coding alongside team leadership and delivery management.

Leads corporate communications across external PR, media relations, executive messaging, internal communications, social media, and change initiatives. Develops communication strategies, messaging frameworks, and company announcements; advises executives; manages media and stakeholder relationships; strengthens employee engagement and organizational transparency; and aligns messaging across teams and regions.

Owns and optimizes the marketing technology stack, primarily HubSpot, while improving processes, data quality, automation, analytics, and reporting. Leads cross-functional projects across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps; implements AI-powered workflows; manages lead scoring and lifecycle automation; and provides internal MarTech training and expertise.
