Manage project plans, requirements gathering, configuration, status updates, and budgets while coordinating with Product, QA, and Business Solutions to ensure successful adoption.

Lead execution of high-priority cross-functional strategic initiatives, partnering with executives to define scope, KPIs, governance, and financial models. Drive accountability, monitor performance, manage risks, and provide executive updates. Lead M&A diligence and integration (IMO, Day 1/100 planning) and design scalable program management frameworks to deliver measurable financial and operational outcomes.

Drive customer outcomes for a portfolio of SaaS customers by building success plans, increasing adoption, monitoring health, mitigating risk, coordinating cross-functional teams, and enabling renewal readiness through proactive engagement, communication, and continuous improvement.
