Teams at Loop AI - Delivery Intelligence Platform

The Director of Customer Education will create and manage educational resources, including videos and certifications, for restaurant operators using Loop's software. This role involves both strategic leadership and hands-on content creation, aiming to improve customer onboarding and engagement through a robust education program.

The associate will manage product and customer value metrics, build playbooks, and collaborate with teams to enhance product delivery.

Lead vision, roadmap, discovery, and execution for Loop's agentic products (starting with agentic BI). Own adoption, retention, expansion, and revenue; run discovery, prioritize ruthlessly, drive UX and engineering, prototype with AI coding agents, and collaborate with leadership and customers to scale agent-driven software.
