Manage company-wide learning and development projects, including training inventory, LMS vendor evaluation and implementation, training coordination, and the Manager Efficacy Program. Responsibilities include project planning, stakeholder communication, cross-functional facilitation, vendor coordination, reporting, risk management, training logistics, and process improvement. The role requires building scalable L&D operating processes and supporting learning strategy execution.

Coordinates recruiting operations, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, onsite logistics, recruiting data, reports, offers, background checks, onboarding handoffs, and immigration coordination. Maintains ATS records, recruiting documentation, templates, and SOPs while supporting process improvements, automation, career fairs, referrals, agencies, and other talent-acquisition initiatives. Ensures a timely, organized, and professional candidate experience while partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, facilities, and outside counsel.

Performs structural analysis and mechanical design for aerospace and lighter-than-air vehicle structures. Develops finite element models, conducts static, buckling, modal, joint, and hand analyses, correlates models with test data, and documents results. Supports design trades, prototyping, fabrication, testing, and resolution of structural issues. Collaborates across systems, avionics, materials, manufacturing, and testing teams while helping integrate structural components from concept through detailed CAD.
