Responsibilities include prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, events, communities, and direct messages; creating account lists and ICP definitions; researching prospects; writing and testing messaging; operating AI-assisted outbound tools; qualifying opportunities; partnering with founders and AEs; and documenting repeatable sales processes.

The Head of Talent Acquisition will build and manage the talent function from scratch, overseeing all hiring processes and sourcing strategies while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience across various roles.
