Provides senior legal advice to Human Resources, executives, and business leaders on employment law, litigation, investigations, workforce matters, and compliance. Manages disputes, agency charges, outside counsel, legal budgets, privileged investigations, regulatory inquiries, and risk mitigation. Develops legal playbooks, policies, training, and process improvements while advising on employee relations, accommodations, leave, restructuring, clinician issues, and healthcare-related confidentiality requirements.

The IT Business Analyst gathers and translates business requirements into technical solutions, partners with stakeholders and product owners, manages backlogs and roadmaps, and supports project delivery. The role creates requirements and UAT documentation, tracks software development, coordinates production issue resolution, and administers Genesys Cloud contact center capabilities including routing, IVR, queues, reporting, dialers, and workflows. It also identifies process improvements and serves as a subject matter expert across supported products and programs.
