Provide direct patient care through telehealth, including virtual consultations, medical history and lab review, treatment planning, prescribing when appropriate, follow-ups, clinical oversight, and accurate EMR documentation. Own paid acquisition across major advertising platforms, optimizing CAC, ROAS, conversion, AOV, and LTV. Lead landing-page, funnel, pricing, offer, and creative testing without designing visuals. Build SMS and email lifecycle programs for retention, abandoned carts, subscriptions, and win-back campaigns. Develop analytics dashboards and attribution reporting, allocate budgets using performance data, and ensure compliance with healthcare and platform advertising policies. Operate independently in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.

Coordinate LumiMeds’ cross-channel marketing function, translating company priorities into campaigns and execution plans. Manage specialists, timelines, workflows, calendars, agencies, and vendors; review marketing materials for quality, messaging, brand consistency, audience fit, and compliance. Monitor performance, identify funnel and execution gaps, improve marketing processes, and provide leadership with visibility into priorities, progress, risks, and results. Collaborate with product, clinical, legal, design, and customer support teams in a regulated telehealth environment.

Manage payment disputes and chargebacks end-to-end, prepare evidence packages, investigate failed or duplicate payments and subscription issues, coordinate with Customer Support, Pharmacy, Clinical Ops, and Finance, monitor fraud trends, maintain accurate records, and recommend process improvements to reduce chargebacks and improve payment success.
