Teams at Luminary Cloud

Build the customer success function and playbooks for Luminary’s Physics AI platform. Develop tailored solutions for engineering simulation workloads, create training and onboarding programs, run QBRs and office hours, champion customer feedback, oversee support escalations, and represent Luminary at industry events. The role requires technical expertise in engineering simulation, strong customer empathy, public speaking, and collaboration with Product, Design, and Support teams.

Responsible for architecting and developing scalable backend systems, leading a development team, implementing best practices, and enhancing cloud infrastructure.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will implement Physics AI solutions for clients, involving integration, optimizations, and customer support while collaborating with engineering teams.
