The Selling Specialist drives sales by educating Sephora Stores in South Bay, managing relationships, executing events, and facilitating in-store artistry training.

Provides sales support for Fresh skincare products across Sephora and Ulta stores. Achieves sales goals, supports in-store events, builds relationships with store personnel and clients, maintains visual merchandising standards, manages store visits and schedules, and reports sales, out-of-stock issues, and merchandising challenges. Requires beauty industry experience, weekend availability, flexible hours, strong communication, and personal transportation within the assigned territory.

Provide in-store sales support across assigned Sephora/Ulta territory: meet daily sales goals, execute events, build relationships with store staff, maintain merchandising standards, manage store visit schedule and travel, report sales/OOS issues, and submit hours weekly.
