Provide technical leadership for embedded camera platforms, owning system architecture, on-device software, encoding, storage, streaming, and edge analytics. Lead JDM partner integration, cross-functional alignment, mentorship, architecture/code reviews, and adoption of AI-driven development tools to deliver robust edge devices.

Lead indirect sales growth into State, Local, and Education (SLED) markets by recruiting and enabling channel partners, owning the partner sales cycle, developing joint business plans, navigating public procurement vehicles, resolving channel conflicts, and representing LVT at industry events to drive predictable revenue.

Build and scale a Value Engineering practice for GTM: create ROI, TCO, and financial models; enable sales and customer success with value-selling methodologies; co-lead executive-level conversations; standardize execution; train field teams; measure impact on deal metrics and support retention and expansion.
