The engineer will work onsite in Sunnyvale, support classified programs, communicate project status, and contribute to software solutions for aircraft, defense platforms, and space technologies.

Staff Accountant responsible for invoicing, purchase order processing, accounts receivable oversight, month-end reconciliations, revenue recognition, contract and purchase order compliance, customer portal maintenance, cost allocations, audit support, and process improvement across four entities. The role requires collaboration with finance and cross-functional teams, with additional month-end hours and opportunities to expand into sales tax and compliance reporting.

Manage the end-to-end procurement and contracting lifecycle for vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Responsibilities include sourcing, vendor evaluation, due diligence, contract negotiation, renewals, spend analysis, performance monitoring, risk escalation, and contract administration. The role partners with Finance, IT, Security, Engineering, Operations, and Legal, using LinkSquares and AI tools to improve contracting efficiency, visibility, compliance, and savings.
