Develops and optimizes signal-processing algorithm pipelines for sensing products and hardware accelerators. Responsibilities include algorithm research, fixed-point modeling, MATLAB/Python simulation, performance validation, HW/SW partitioning, test-vector generation, silicon bring-up, and system integration. The role collaborates with digital front-end, verification, architecture, embedded DSP software, and systems teams to deliver production-ready solutions for applications including radar, LiDAR, robotics, and multimodal sensing.

Design and implement complex digital SoC blocks and DSP pipelines from architecture through synthesis and mass production. Collaborate with backend, DFT, and verification teams; define specifications and test suites; debug designs and contribute to design methodologies, including AI-assisted tools. Participate in post-silicon validation and silicon bring-up. The role requires deep expertise in embedded and mixed-mode SoCs, Verilog, SystemVerilog, and logic synthesis.

Leads end-to-end integration of robotic platforms, sensors, compute, and software for prototypes, customer demonstrations, and field deployments. Performs hardware and software bring-up, debugging, networking and synchronization integration, and system-level troubleshooting across power, thermal, mechanical, timing, and software interfaces. Collaborates cross-functionally with engineering teams, builds reliable polished demos, supports customer events, and feeds lessons learned into product roadmaps.
